Among the many premieres at Gamescom 2010, a wonderful Hack & Slash RPG Called Soul Binder stands out in the style of Diablo and Titan Quest. Soul Binder is being developed by German studio Inflammable  Games, based entirely on flash, which looks very promising.

For dealers in your base, you equip the hero with potions, weapons and artifacts. Typical for this genre you choose initially for one of five hero classes (Warrior, Mage, Hunter, Assassin, Master) and then pull it into the fight. The World of Soul binder consists of a variety of levels and “splinter worlds” correspond to the usual instances. There you are put in with skeleton warriors and goblins, collect items, manage your inventory or put a pet – such a powerful bear Hither. If you like, you can play alone in Soul Binder – alternatively you pick up support from five other colleagues. Particularly impressed with the isometric view in Diablo 2 format, which shines with lots of details and smooth animations. The game uses the entire screen surface.

Soul Binder plays mainly on the surface, but of course there are dark dungeons. The beta test for Soul Binder will start at the end of the year, or early in 2011, then all Diablo fans could enter the dark age world. As for browser game’s developer and publishers will pubish this browser RPG. You will play along with Firefox, Explorer, Opera & Co., and the game itself is free. From the developers, there are two playable demo scenes where you can try to control yourself and see the environmental effects.
