Lord Of Ultima: EA Regenerates Browser Game in Medieval Ages

Electronic Arts Inc. is pleased to announce that their latest browser strategy online game Lord Of Ultima hits open beta on January 20, 2010.  Lord Of Ultima is an online strategy game where you build your own unique city and play with thousands of other players. In Lord of Ultima, you will  rule a mighty empire which you can access from wherever and whenever you want.

In Lord of Ultima, you can construct and manage a base in the Medieval Ages,  the game is a real-time strategy game like War of Legends published by Jagex.

Lord of Ultima is a free to play MMORTS developed by EA’s German-based browser game studios “EA Phenomic”.

Build your own individual and unique city in the harsh Middle Ages and build a mighty empire. You play with thousands of other players …

Lord of Ultima is a new browser game, which is offered by Electronic Arts. The strategy was developed with a medieval flair of EA Phenomic it has produced games such as the settlers, Battleforge and SpellForce.

At the moment the game is in the closed beta phase, so it can be tested only by a limited number of players. The Open Beta will have to wait, but probably not long in coming.

The Lord of Ultima, which is currently available only in English available, you will have the task of founding a medieval city, building a wall to provide security and converting it to your little town in a thriving city.

You are responsible for the construction of defense facilities, including trade agreements with other players and you need constantly, of course, stay updated with the resources available. Without resources you finally can build nothing.

Eventually, you’ll have to expand Lord of Ultima. luckily, you may  have the ability to integrate more areas in your kingdom. It is of advantage, of course, to have a powerful fighting forces, because not all areas can be conquered so easily. In Lord of Ultima you’ll get it done with other players who have only one goal: the most powerful Lord of all times.

  1. have been playing the game and loved it untill suddenly i cant get on they have changed something that blocks firefox from re-directing to the site im gutted i have a great alliance of my own ther and doing well i left evony to play this game but now thinking of going back as i cant get on the site but thers no info to tell me why! i hope this is sorted

  2. reply anthony

It works fine in Internet Explorer

  3. just down load one of the compatible browsers and its sorted no hassle and no need to dump the game over something so trivial (i have at all times 4 different browsers on my pc incase one is not compatible with online gaming for any reason)reply anthony

  4. I tried the game and was quite disappointed. It has absolutely nothing to do with any of the ultima games. With that aside, it has some nice graphics for browser based strategy game. But the game play is mediocre to bad compared to many already out there. Don’t waste your time as I did or any money on diamonds(a way to pay your way to the top).

There are many games out there that are free and better than Lord of Ultima such as visual-utopia.com and Evony.

  5. lord Ultima ….. I like that game for the same reasons and I go to log on today and can’t ….. some type of internal error… now I guess I have to search for a new game ….. I ll miss the gang and all the laughs ..

Hope they can fix it…. no support what a shame

  6. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME and definitely daon’t spend any money on it. This game has login bugs up the yin yang and they don’t take the time to answer your requests for help at all. (so far). It’s a great game IF you could play it. But BE WARNED!!!
